At first I was like, okay, this is basically what I ordered. The item does look close to the photos and description. But then I started noticing a few little details that felt off in person, and suddenly I was kind of annoyed. It’s not awful or anything, but I did expect it to match the listing a bit better.

I did get my refund in the end — so no issues there, but the return process felt a bit slower than I expected.

I ordered a Lovery gift set for my sister’s birthday, and she was kinda over the moon about it. She told me it looked really and smelled super nice, so it definitely felt like a good pick.
Shipping was fine too and arrived when it was supposed to. I didn’t get to see it in person, but since she loved it, I’m kinda happy with how it turned out

It looks nice at first glance, but once I actually picked it up and used it, it felt a little cheaper than I expected. Not terrible or anything, just kind of... I don’t know, I thought the quality would feel better.

I was trying to place an order, but the website got annoying. Some pages took longer to load than I expected, and I kept waiting around just to find basic details. Checkout worked in the end, but it felt like I had to click through way too much to get there. Not a terrible experience, just clunky and kind of frustrating.

I ordered from lovery.com and, weirdly enough, the first thing I noticed wasn’t even the product, it was the box. It had a little dent on the outside from shipping, which made me do that quick “oh no” check, but the actual packaging felt sturdy and not cheap at all.
Inside, everything was still in place and looked clean when I opened it. No crushed corners, no broken bits, no random mess to deal with, which I’ve definitely run into with other orders before. Maybe it’s a small thing, but good packaging makes the whole order feel way better. Easy 5 stars for that alone.

I was disappointed when this arrived. The packaging was awful, and the box looked like it had been thrown around the whole way here. I bought it as a gift, so seeing it show up crushed like that was really frustrating. Whoever runs this needs to do a better job with packaging and shipping.

I really wanted to like this, but the scent just didn’t work for me. It has this overly sweet, kind of cheap body spray smell, and it was pretty much gone after about 20 minutes. I tried it a couple times to make sure it wasn’t just my nose, but same thing each time. For what it costs, I expected it to feel a lot more quality. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I got a Lovery bath set and was actually impressed with it. The ingredients felt nicer than I expected, and nothing came across as cheap or overly strong.
The lotion and bath products went on smoothly and didn’t feel sticky, which I really appreciated. The scents were soft and pleasant, not that fake perfume smell, and my skin felt smooth afterward without any itching or dryness.

My only small thing is that I wish the instructions or product details were a little clearer, especially for what to use first or how much to use. Other than that, I’m happy with it and would probably buy it again.

This is a really nice basket with some cute stuff inside. It reminded me of the kind of little gift basket my sister likes to make for people, simple, thoughtful, and nice to receive

My order did show up on the day they said it would, which I definitely appreciated. That said, the tracking updates were kind of confusing, and one of the item boxes arrived a little crushed. Nothing was ruined though, and everything I ordered was there, so overall it was mostly a good experience.

I was expecting this to look a little more special as a gift, but the bag was really plain and the box showed up dented. On top of that, the reminders to leave a review felt way too aggressive, which just made the whole experience more annoying

It’s not a bad site, and I can see the appeal if you like the main options they have. I just wish there was more variety instead of the usual “more choices coming” kind of feeling without much to back it up. I might shop there again, but only if they actually expand the selection.

I don’t have the patience to keep trying products that do nothing, so I was surprised this bath soak helped my dry skin so much. After using it, my skin felt way less dry and uncomfortable. Impressed.
